Huawei phone restrictions?

Thinking of getting a Huawei - but confused about the restrictions some websites have talked about. Can someone clear this up for me- what can't you do or access on these phones as opposed to getting a Samsung or iphone?

Huawei Technologies in some countries faces product and 5G wireless network project bans; business contract restrictions; security scrutiny; and related pushback. Still, many countries are proceeding with Huawei as a potential or confirmed choice for 5G wireless network projects and associated infrastructure. Most recently in the United States, a group of senators has urged the Biden administration to impose sanctins on Huawei Technology's Cloud unit, Alibaba Cloud, and other Chinese cloud service providers. U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said on April 26, 2023, tat Chinese cloud computing companies such as Huawei Cloud and Alibaba Cloud could pose a threat to U.S. security. She vowed to review the request to add thse companies to an export control list.
