Lost my old handheld, is Steamdeck oled worth it?

 I had the original steamdeck and liked it well enough The oled looks nice but it is pricey

Is it worth the hype? Or is there an alternative on the market that wins now?

If you liked the original, the oled is basically Steam Deck++. At the same time, the Lenovo Legion Go is also quite compelling, with various pros and cons compared to the SD. If any of the windows exclusive games (those that don’t work with proton) are important to you, it’s a good option to consider. You could install Windows on the SD too, but personally I’d rather get a device that comes with it out of the box.

The Legion Go is great as is the ROG Ally. I would go to a Best Buy or MicroCenter and play with those a bit as well.
