The S95F uses Samsung’s advanced Anti-Reflection Pro technology to minimize glare and reflections, so the screen looks crisp and vibrant no matter where you’re sitting. Add in stunning OLED visuals with deeper blacks and brighter highlights, a blazing-fast 144Hz refresh rate, and HDMI 2.1 support for gaming, and this TV is a winner

If you are on a firmware lower than 9.x try to deny the firmware update if possible in any way... It made the sound so much worse for me

I’ve been looking at JBL soundbars. Got any recommendations?

Then you might wanna check out the JBL Bar 2.0 All-in-One. Doesn’t have a subwoofer, but still packs a punch for its size. And it’s super easy to set up. -
this is great, thank you for taking the time to write this, i don't think any of the other people who received an ultra have done a proper review yet! but everyone does say it's great

What a weird change… Then again, I’m fairly certain your card balance would be present when you’d double tap to pay in the past. Hasn’t been on that screen in years now.

As both an iPhone 15 Pro owner and a Google Pixel 9 Pro owner, I think the new iPhone 16 models really sealed the deal for a lot of us. A lot of us are just... bored and can't really justify paying a 1K for a phone with a new button with camera controls (as if the on-screen controls were a burden to use or something. Truthfully, I don't know what Apple was thinking). Plus, releasing a phone that's half baked is unlike Apple. How can the phone be "built from the ground up" for Apple Intelligence if Apple Intelligence isn't even out yet? It just feels lazy all around.

If you pick up the slightly older Garmin Epix 2 sapphire you can find them from £600., but also possible to find the white Pro model for around similar price: https://www.watcho.co.uk/watches/garmin/garmin-epix-pro-gen-2-51mm-sapphire-titanium-touchscreen-whitestone-watch-010-02804-11/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwu-63BhC9ARIsAMMTLXSluLQRdXRtK02BUpngMIibAK6RLtMw2vIUESLwFeIVFfP2NAR0AzcaAi4zEALw_wcB White case with it's native titanium bezel may be a better option than the black dlc bezel as can buff out scratches to the native titanium which you can't with the black dlc.

Using AI to Replace an Actor Is Now Against the Law in California

So now every movie studio will just add that to their contracts. Heck they’ll probably make it part of their streaming services ToS if they can legally enforce it. -
I have some serious app burnout these days. Everyone wants you to use an app for everything. Everyone expects you to have the newest mobile device for their app. Ironically, traditional text and phone services are inundated with spam. The spam is assisted, in part, by all the outrageous data harvesting done by the above apps. I seriously just want to throw my phone off of a cliff, or chuck it in a microwave. Jokes on me though, because my employer expects me to look at Outlook notifications.

I think it’s worth it if you can get a discount. But I hate that you need to pay a monthly subscription so that being said make sure your initial purchase of it is as cheap as possible (ie marketplace, eBay, poshmark). But I’ve learned a ton about my habits and improved some things already. It’s definitely worth it for the cycle tracking and insights with natural cycles (another subscription but at least insurance will reimburse )

The unit itself has a much slimmer profile than the previous model, and appears to have a very thin bezel (it's the same color as the glass, making it hard to see). It's not yet clear whether you will be able to turn the bezel to change the temperature, as with previous Nest Learning Thermostats, or if the unit has a touchscreen.

Xbox fans, it's time to adjust your budgets. Game Pass prices are going up this year, starting on July 10 for new subscribers and September 12 for existing ones. In the US, Game Pass Ultimate will jump from $17 to $20 per month, and a year of Game Pass Core will rise from $60 to $75. In addition, Microsoft is introducing a more affordable Xbox Game Pass Standard plan in September. This plan costs $15 per month and includes access to Game Pass titles, online multiplayer, and store discounts, but excludes perks like day-one releases and Xbox Cloud Gaming. The revamp to Microsoft's subscription program is likely in response to slower sales.

At CES in January, both LG and Samsung showed off transparent TVs. These seemingly magical devices can show an image just like a regular TV, except you can also see right through them. Images seem to float in the air. When off, they seem like they're part of the furniture. I've always been sceptical of transparent TVs.. seeing them more as a bit of a gimmick to be honest. Transparent TVs are made possible by two major see-through display technologies: LCD and OLED. All LCDs are transparent by default. That is, if you took apart an LCD, removed the backlight, and powered the display, you'd be able to see through it while it was working. LCD screens aren’t left transparent because they don’t produce their own light, and as a result, need an external backlight to work well. Most backlight used to power LCD screens usually has a background. This background is what makes LCD screens obscure. But with improvements in technology, LCD screen manufacturers have now found ways to create hybrid display systems. That is, using transparent LEDs to power LCD screens. This fusion of transparent OLED backlights into LCD screens eliminates the need for other light sources, potentially needing a background. The use of transparent LED backlights instead of the traditional backlighting systems, which come with a background, is how transparent LCD TVs are made possible. OLED displays are made of a couple of layers of transparent plastic sandwiched between two layers of glass, consisting of emissive and conductible layers. Electrical impulses travel through the conductive layer and produce light at the emissive layer. OLED screens aren’t naturally transparent, as is the case with LCD screens but TV manufacturers favor OLEDs over LCDs because they don’t require additional lighting. OLEDs produce their own light, which allows the screens to be much thinner.

Hepl! My Google pixel watch won't charge.. Or it will charge but very inconsistently. Some days I will put it on the charge stand and it's absolutely fine the next morning, other days I take it off to put it on and it's only on 30% charge. What am I doing wrong or is it a software issue?
