  1. Someone in the US will recreate a platform like this. I am pretty sure it's prob already in the works. Too many people rely on it. Someone here in the US will get rich off of it
  2. You need to have a source that can transmit Atmos content. Check if your TV far ATMOS support and make sure to use a HDMI connection with the soundbar.
  3. Getting a lot of “Sorry I don’t understand” from Siri after the AI thingy is enabled.
  4. ast month, Samsung announced a cheaper, entry-level Galaxy Watch FE. And today, it announced a refreshed $299.99 Galaxy Watch 7 and the all-new $649.99 Galaxy Watch Ultra. It doesn’t take a genius to see that Samsung’s taking a page from Apple’s smartwatch playbook — and nowhere is that more obvious than with the new Ultra. The Galaxy Watch Ultra replaces the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro as the premium smartwatch in Samsung’s lineup. Like that watch, this one caters to the outdoor athlete. But whereas the Pro had its own distinct vibe, the Ultra isn’t exactly hiding where it got its inspiration from. I’m not exaggerating or being a hater, either. It’s in the name! Apple Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch Ultra. Everything about this watch is reminiscent of Apple’s. Samsung says this is its most durable watch yet, with 10ATM of water resistance, an IP68 rating, a titanium case, and a sapphire crystal lens. There’s a new orange Quick Button that launches shortcuts to the workout app, flashlight, water lock, and a few other options. (There is a lot of orange styling.) It’s got a new lug system for attaching straps that looks an awful lot like Apple’s, too. What do others think?
  5. I’ve been watching YT shorts for a while, and finally was able to buy a subscription a few days ago, and I watch something EVERY day. I’ve binged the first seasons of Make Some Noise and Game Changer, watched Survivor, the Ratfish, and a few episodes of Dirty Laundry and Um, Actually. Tonight i started my first D20 episode! It’s so fantastic that there’s several things I haven’t even mentioned yet that I’m so stoked to watch. I’m just so happy and wanted to share.
  6. I managed to snag an "old" X570 STRIX on eBay and ordered the Meshlicious from CaseKing. I heard it's possible to mount a top fan and there's a trick to get better GPU temps by positioning the GPU higher to avoid using a 90° video adapter. Unfortunately, I can't find the links anymore for the GPU trick. Does anyone have more information on this? Regarding the top fan, can only slim fans be used? I have an Arctic 120mm fan sitting in a drawer and was thinking of using it on the top. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. I want to optimize the build from the start to avoid repeatedly mounting and unmounting components. Thanks! 🙏
  7. Wanting to buy a drone for our next holiday to the Maldives. Looking to take the drone out and get some great birds eye view photos and videos of the island. I'd like these to be good quality but I know I won't be an avid drone user other than on this holiday. Can anyone recommend a good quality drone that won't break the bank?
  8. Anyone else think It's oversized for tablet use and wish the GPU upgrade provided more muscle? But I do love the huge OLED display and massive haptic touchpad.
  9. Nintendo sued the developers of the leading Nintendo Switch emulator, Yuzu, for “facilitating piracy at a colossal scale.” Now, it appears that Yuzu will give up without a fight — and give Nintendo everything it wanted. And it affects the Nintendo 3DS emulator Citra, too. What does this mean for people who've bought from yuzu?? Will this affect the gaming device?
  10. What will this include as AI is very much an umbrella term these days- what can we expect to see?
  11. https://www.windowscentral.com/hardware/laptops/the-best-business-laptop-you-can-buy-is-51-off-saving-you-checks-notes-dollar166342 Large discount on this laptop? Any reason why.. Is it not worth buying?
  12. Apple Vision Pro is not wireless. It has an external battery I have seen, touched, and sat beside. It's not a secret. It should not be a surprise. Somehow, though, it is generating more interest and controversy than almost any other component of the about-to-ship product. it's almost brick like.. Is this going to put people off? I'm not convinced that this will be a seamless virtual experience with a battery and wire attached now.
  13. I've read that these apps aren't going to be on the Apple Vision Pro.. is there a reason for this and will they be able to be downloaded at a later date?
  14. Samsung Unveils the Galaxy S24 Ultra: A Deep Dive into 2024's Smartphone Marvel In the ever-evolving world of smartphones, Samsung has once again taken the spotlight with the release of its latest flagship, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Packed with cutting-edge features, a sleek design, and a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, the S24 Ultra promises to redefine our mobile experience. Let's take a closer look at what makes this device a standout in the crowded smartphone market and whether or not it's really worth all the hype. Priced at $1,299 (a bit higher than before), this smartphone powerhouse boasts a 6.8-inch 1440p display with a flat screen, a departure from the curved edges of its predecessor. Samsung has introduced a titanium finish for added durability, reminiscent of Apple's iPhone 15 Pro. This not only enhances the device's robustness but also contributes to its premium aesthetic. Despite the adoption of titanium, the phone maintains a similar weight to its predecessor, ensuring a comfortable user experience. Samsung has raised the bar in the camera department, replacing the S23 Ultra's setup with a 50-megapixel 5x zoom lens. The lossless crop zoom capability allows for impressive 10x zoom while maintaining image quality. The device still supports zooming up to 100x, showcasing Samsung's commitment to pushing the boundaries of smartphone photography. The improved camera system, combined with AI enhancements, positions the S24 Ultra as a formidable contender for mobile photography enthusiasts. There's been a lot of chatter online about this Samsung's use of AI-and this is true. The S24 Ultra takes a leap into the world of artificial intelligence, featuring Google's Gemini foundational models. Loaded with a plethora of AI features, this device introduces new image and video editing tools powered by generative AI. The innovative Circle to Search feature, exclusive to the S24 series, allows users to effortlessly search for any on-screen content, demonstrating Samsung's commitment to enhancing user interaction through AI. Samsung shines in language translation with real-time interpretation during phone calls, text translation in conversations, and even voice recorder transcriptions with language translation. These features not only cater to global users but also showcase Samsung's dedication to breaking language barriers through intuitive AI applications. The Notes app gets an upgrade too, automatically formatting and summarising pages. And the best part? Samsung promises to bring these AI goodies to older models like the S23-series in the future. Now, a little hiccup – no Qi2 wireless charging on the S24 series, but hey, here's the silver lining: Samsung is matching Google's promise with seven years of OS upgrades and security updates. So, even though the Ultra may cost a bit more this time, you're getting a bang for your buck! Preorders start today, and the S24 Ultra ships on January 31st. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra emerges as a powerhouse in the smartphone arena, blending top-notch hardware with advanced AI capabilities. With a focus on durability, camera innovation, and AI integration, Samsung continues to push the boundaries of what a smartphone can achieve. While the device may carry a premium price tag, the promise of prolonged software support makes it a compelling choice for tech enthusiasts looking to stay at the forefront of mobile technology. The S24 Ultra sets a high standard for flagship smartphones in 2024, leaving us excited about the possibilities that lie ahead in the ever-evolving world of mobile innovation.
  15. Anyone know how the clicks for iphone case works- what do you make of the physical keypad in comparison to the touchscreen keypad?
  16. I'm hearing the C4 range will have a higher refresh rate. According to a leak, in September and October the 48-, 55- and 77-inch models of C4 were certified for AMD's FreeSync Premium feature (which aims for ultra-low lag and more fluid gameplay). The database lists the VRR range of the C4 as 40-144Hz. What else can we expect improvement wise from the C4?
