MSI G255F or the Koorui 24E3 for a first upgrade

Finally ditching the 60Hz TN and it's down to two cheap ones. The MSI G255F is 24.5in 1080p 180Hz IPS at about £120, the Koorui 24E3 is 24in 1080p 165Hz IPS closer to £90. Both IPS, both a huge step up from what I've got. On a tight budget is the extra £30 for the MSI (a bit bigger, 180 vs 165)...
