does a 60hz second screen drag the fast one down to its level

an ASUS TUF VG27AQ3A is going on the desk shortly, 27in 1440p 180hz ips, and the 24in that's been sat there for years isn't going in the bin, it's shuffling to the side to hold chat and a browser. that old one is 60hz. what i can't get a straight answer on is what windows does when two screens...
