Cheap 34in ultrawide but I game mostly on PS5, feels like a waste

Keep getting tempted by a cheap 34in ultrawide, the 3440x1440 21:9 ones around £300, for the extra screen. Problem is most of my gaming is on the PS5 and as far as i know the PS5 doesnt do ultrawide, youd just get black bars pillarboxed down the sides. So id be paying for all that width and only...
