Hey everyone! So, I've been diving deep into content creation lately, and it's got me thinking a LOT about monitors. I'm currently rocking the VX2728J by ViewSonic, and honestly, the 180Hz refresh rate is amazing for gaming! It's super smooth. But... I'm starting to feel like I need something more geared toward colour accuracy for editing photos and videos. My ViewSonic is 1080p which is great for everyday use, but I'm wondering if a higher resolution would make a huge difference in my workflow. I'm finding myself wanting more screen real estate and sharper images when I'm knee-deep in editing. Does anyone have any recommendations for monitors specifically tailored for colour-critical work? Or even just general tips for calibrating my current setup to squeeze out the best possible colour performance? Any advice is greatly appreciated! 😄
