new monitor time - help me choose!

hey everyone! so, i'm finally upgrading my monitor. been rocking the same old thing for like, five years, and it's definitely showing its age. i'm thinking something 144hz at least, maybe even 165hz, for that extra smooth gameplay. response time is important too right? like, 1ms is the gold...
